Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return process.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be included in its original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has elapsed.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please send an email to sales@themehello.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or rejected.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
