Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the condition that the item is unused and remains in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, the product must be returned with its original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please send an email to codex-dyne.9b@icloud.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
